Oakland Raiders coach Tom Cable would not be disciplined after the NFL investigating him for an altercation with assistant coach Randy Hanson and violence against women.
NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told the Associated Press that Cable's confrontation with Hanson, which was first reported by National Fottball Post, was evaluated under the NFL personal conduct policy. Cable allegedly broke Hanson's jaw and teeth last summer, but prosecutors decided not to file criminal chargers due to inconsistencies in Hanson's interviews with law enforcement officials.
Aiello said because the incident occurred before Cable worked in the NFL there was no reason to discipline him under the NFL personal conduct policy. At last, with the coach luck from now on with his players with raiders jerseys.

Cable wants a meeting with Davis
Tom Cable is still expecting to have a talk with owner AI Davis about his position as Oakland Raiders coach.
Cable said at his season-ending news conference Jan.4 that he would meet Davis sometime this week. But till to wednesday, the meeting had not happened. According to team senior executive John Herrera, the time is not set for the meeting. Cable’s job status is in question after he went 5-11 in his first full season as coach and failed to develop JaMarcus Russell into a legitimate NFL quarterback. Cable made some improvement after Russell's mess season that proves his value to sign another year to lead the players with raiders jerseys back to the playoffs.

The raiders learned more about their troublesome coach just 13 month later.Cable are full of gossip now.
Cable hit defensive assistant Randy Hanson and broke his jawthis summer and last week, his ex-wife and recent girlfirend claimed in a TV programme that Cable had a history of violence toward women.Cable now is on the top of the negative topics.Cable confessed that he had only striked his ex-wife with an open hand 20 years ago and that's the only time he touched a woman inappropriately.
How about Cable now?The players said he still sets his soul to his job.offensive lineman Robert Gallery said that Cable loves football and He’s there to win games. He’s doing everything he can in his power to help them win games. He hasn’t changed a bit.
