All the players with NFL jerseys want to show the value of themselves. It's the mission.
"Football is just a way to bring me closer to what’s important for me," Tim Tebow said. So there was Tebow, minutes after putting on a show for NFL teams during Wednesday’s pro day workout at Florida, throwing a football with wheelchair-bound Alex Ross, a 17-year-old from nearby Jacksonville who was shot in the head in January and lost the use of the left side of his body. Ross threw a football to Tebow, who caught the ball and summed up the day’s events: "Let’s see (them) come over here and critique that."
NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock said from the Senior Bowl to now, the improvement is ridiculous and he was blown away.

Wright returns to Heat after arrest
Dorell Wright with heat jersey was back to practice on Monday. He had been arrested on a driving under the influence charge and being suspended by the team for two games.
Wright did not speak specifically of the circumstances surrounding him being charged on Miami Beach around 3:30 a.m. last Thursday with DUI and driving with a suspended license, citing pending legal matters. He did, however, say “the thing that disgusts me the most” was feeling that he let the franchise and its fans down, especially during a playoff chase.
“It was way out of character for me,” Wright said, his eyes reddening. “I definitely apologize.”

Pike and Gilyard
If quarterback Tony Pike and wide receiver Mardy Gilyard want to wear broncos jersey, they need to show more ability.
The Broncos conducted a private workout for the Bearcats’ tandem this morning, according to sources with knowledge of the sitiuation. We’ve been told that the Broncos sent offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and quarterbacks coach Ben McDaniels to the workout. Pike reportedly had a good throwing session during Wednesday’s workout session that was attended by 26 NFL teams, including San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Singletary.
And Gilyard improved his 40-yard dash time to 4.47 seconds after clocking a disappointing 4.56 time at the NFL scouting combine.

Ex Redskins FB Eddie Williams joins Bears
Former Redskins FB Eddie Williams will wear bears jersey. The Bears put another pass-catching option to their backfield Wednesday.

He was promoted to the 53-man roster Nov. 2 and was inactive for three games before breaking his leg in practice and being placed on injured reserve Nov. 23.
Williams was one of 10 players cut by the Redskins last Thursday.

Following of Williams’ slaying
The case of cornerback Darrent Williams with dallas cowboys jersey was clear these days. The man accused of firing the shots proved to be enough.
“He wouldn’t take a fist fight he can’t win, but he’d take a gun fight he can’t lose,” Chief Deputy District Attorney Bruce Levin said of Willie Clark during closing statements in the 26-year-old’s trial. Clark faces 21 charges, including first-degree murder, attempted murder and assault in the New Year’s Day 2007 shooting. Two others were injured in the shooting that killed Williams, a rising star in the NFL in late 2006. Jurors were to begin deliberations Wednesday morning.
But some one thought Willie Clark is a scapegoat.
